A Time to Shine

As entrepreneurs and small business owners, we are doing many things for the first time while running all aspects of our businesses. We are taking on new challenges every day, captaining our course. Many times we have to just "wing it," be innovative, and most importantly, seek assistance. As humans, we face the unknown. We have the protective mechanism of anxiety in place that helps us survive. However, anxiety might distort our perspective. We may start expect ourselves to do everything, when we just need to do something . We've got to stop and recognize what we have accomplished and how far we've come. I'd like to propose, that we strive to do "well" rather than perfectly. That is, to strive as humans and as small business owners to perform at our best on a somewhat regular basis. We can use our aptitude for success. We can work hard.
